  8.         One of my favorite ways to use tofu!
  9.  
  10.         10 oz. chocolate chips or carob chips
  11.         2 10.5 oz. packages of firm tofu
  12.         3 Tblsps. honey
  13.  
  14. Heat chips in a double boiler or pan sitting in water until smooth.
  15. Add honey.  In blender or food processor blend tofu until smooth.  Add
  16. the chocolate/honey mixture to the tofu and whip until creamy.  (Will
  17. look like chocolate pudding.)  Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
  18. Chill.  Enjoy!

  20.         Quick Graham Cracker Crust

  22.         1  C. finely crushed graham crackers
  23.         3  Tblsps. warmed honey
  24.         3  Tblsps. melted butter
  25.         1/2 C. finely chopped walnuts
  26.  
  27.         Mix ingredients and press into a 9" pie pan.  No baking
  28. required.
